$12.99/ month
The essentials for keeping your go-to computer in good hands.
Remote troubleshooting is not included.

Or $240 yearly ($20/month equivalent). Save $71.88 versus twelve monthly payments.
More computers, a bigger labor discount, and help from home.
Member repairs: no appointment deposit. The labor discount applies to the $125 repair portion after the regular $50 diagnostic portion. Basic: $25 diagnostics + $112.50 labor = $137.50. Plus: $0 diagnostics + $100 labor = $100. Approved parts are extra; the full amount is due after completion. Membership and the registered computer must be verified before member pricing applies.
Membership gives you service benefits and repair discounts. Repairs and parts are charged separately. Return delivery and emergency after-hours service are not included.
Request same-day priority pickup, or bring your computer in. It joins the priority queue for the next available bench opening. Work already on the bench continues.
Priority intake does not promise same-day repair completion. Collect your finished computer at the store.
We follow a focused checklist: visual inspection, basic power-supply screening, drive-health screening, and a courtesy light dust cleanout.
The check screens for warning signs. Repairs or deeper investigation are separate; a passed check cannot guarantee against future failure.
Email a screenshot or photo of a suspicious message for a scam assessment. We respond within 48 hours of receipt, including weekends.
This is an email service, not phone troubleshooting. Some messages need more information; an assessment cannot certify that a message is safe. Cleanup is separate.

No. Basic reduces the diagnostic fee to $25 and gives 10% off repair labor. Plus waives the diagnostic fee and gives 20% off repair labor. Parts remain separate. The annual checkups and Plus’s limited remote session are included benefits.
No. Three is the number of computers you can register. Your labor discount and diagnostic benefit apply when those computers need service; the plan does not limit them to three repair visits. The annual health-check allowance is one per registered computer.
Plus includes one scheduled session of up to 30 minutes per membership month, not a guarantee that every issue can be resolved in that time. Further troubleshooting or repair is charged separately, with your approval. Unused sessions expire at the end of the month.
No. Priority pickup gets your computer into the shop. You collect it at the store when the repair is finished.
Membership years follow your signup anniversary. Monthly members who have not used a benefit that year can stop after their current paid billing month; after benefit use, the remaining payments for that membership year are owed. Annual plans renew with one full annual charge. Cancel within one calendar month after renewal without using a new-year benefit for a full refund of that renewal and immediate termination of coverage. Otherwise, cancellation stops the next annual renewal and coverage continues through the paid year. Previous years are never refunded. Read the renewal and cancellation terms.
Choose Nerd Basic or Nerd Plus to explore monthly or yearly billing and the signup steps. The public preview does not send or save your details or collect a payment. Review the renewal and cancellation terms before continuing to enrollment.

No. The repair questions ask about power lights, startup, and Windows. “I’m not sure” is a useful answer too.

Request a repairAsk a question →How this version of the Compute Nerds website handles requests.
Our forms ask for your name, contact details, preferred appointment time, and the information needed to understand your request. A repair visit also needs an address. Please do not send passwords, recovery keys, payment-card numbers, or private documents.
When online requests are open, the server saves your form details in the Compute Nerds service inbox or delivers them to our configured service mailbox so we can respond. Hosting, database, and any configured email providers process that information to operate the service. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
If the page says online requests are not open, submission is unavailable. A downloaded summary stays on your device until you choose to share it.
Form drafts stay in this page’s memory and clear when you reload or close it. Submitted requests are retained in our service inbox, configured mailbox, and service records. Authorized staff can use them to contact you, arrange appointments, and record your service history. Contact us about access, corrections, or deletion; some records may need to be retained for business or legal requirements.
When you request an availability alert, we save your name, email address, the item you selected, and your permission to contact you. Your contact is added to our customer records even if you do not make a purchase. We use the request to send one email when that item becomes available. Availability can change, and an alert does not reserve stock. This request does not sign you up for marketing emails. You can cancel using the link in the alert email or by contacting us. Cancelling an alert does not delete your customer contact; contact us for access, corrections, or deletion.
The public membership preview stays in this page. In the separate sandbox registration flow, agreeing and continuing saves your test contact details and registered computer in our database. An opaque registration reference is kept in this browser tab to connect checkout; contact and computer details are not stored in the browser. Unfinished registration records are removed after seven days when another registration is submitted. Completed test records remain in the staff dashboard. Stripe handles the test payment form and notifies our server about subscription changes. Test subscriptions provide no real coverage.
This version does not set marketing cookies or include third-party analytics. A tagged campaign link can save its campaign code in this browser tab to identify how a submitted request reached us. Staff sign-in uses a session cookie to protect the admin workspace. The hosting provider may keep operational logs. The request form does not collect payments. If you open a Stripe billing portal, Stripe handles that separate service under its own privacy terms.
